
I love broccoli. It has to be toward the top when it comes to my favorite veggies. This oven roasted Parmesan broccoli is the perfect addition to any meal.
Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Wash broccoli and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Put broccoli in large bowl or resealable plastic bag.
- Pour olive oil over broccoli and sprinkle with garlic powder, seasoned salt and black pepper. Toss to coat.
- Arrange broccoli on a large rimmed baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes, until broccoli is tender. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Notes
Tip: Use parchment paper under the broccoli to keep it from sticking to the baking pan.
