Cheesy Taco Pasta is a hearty dinner that is on the table in 30 minutes.
I’ll admit it. I love tacos. I could probably eat some form of taco at almost every meal. When I’m looking for a quick dinner idea, my default is usually ground beef soft tacos. But, an even easier option is to incorporate the flavor of tacos with a filling pasta. Talk about a comfort food!
It takes about 15 minutes to brown the ground beef and add the other ingredients. Then, while the pasta cooks, it’s the perfect time to cut up some fruit and heat up some frozen veggies or make Parmesan Grilled Zucchini to go along with this Cheesy Taco Pasta. This delicious one-skillet dinner is easy to prepare and easy to clean up, which are my top requirements when I’m in a rush!
