Reese’s Pieces Chocolate Chip Cookies

Traditional Chocolate Chip Cookies are transformed with the peanut butter taste of Reese’s Pieces.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cream together shortenings and sugars.
  2. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well.
  3. Sift together flour, baking soda and salt.
  4. Stir into butter/sugar mixture and mix well.
  5. Stir in chocolate chips.
  6. Drop by teaspoonfuls on baking sheet.
  7. Place 3-4 Reese’s Pieces on top of each cookie.
  8. Bake in 350°F oven for 12-13 minutes.

Note: Keep the cookie dough in the refrigerator in between batches.

Makes about 6 dozen cookies, 3″ diameter.

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 12 oz. chocolate chips
  • 1 (4 ounce) package of Reese’s Pieces

  • Stir in chocolate chips.
