I love broccoli. It has to be toward the top when it comes to my favorite veggies. This oven roasted Parmesan broccoli is the perfect addition to any meal.

Parmesan Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 1 head broccoli
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Wash broccoli and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • Put broccoli in large bowl or resealable plastic bag.
  • Pour olive oil over broccoli and sprinkle with garlic powder, seasoned salt and black pepper. Toss to coat.
  • Arrange broccoli on a large rimmed baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes, until broccoli is tender. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Notes

Tip: Use parchment paper under the broccoli to keep it from sticking to the baking pan.
